    Hotel Les Armures exceeded expectations with its luxurious room and good ambiance. The staff, especially Daria, went above and beyond, turning down our bed with chocolates each night, which made our stay feel extra special.

    Deluxe king room with lovely view over geneva, had basic facilities we needed. All the staff were superfriendly, amazingly kind. This accommodation was in the central location close to the Cathedral.

    Thanks to an excellent service I had a fairly nice stay. I got a room with a bath. The place had a QUIET atmosphere. The great and stunning location was right at Shopping Area Geneve.

    The stay was relaxing; nothing too much trouble. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its spotless and updated room and superfriendly staff. Great location, the private parking was available. The airport was 10 km away. They offered pastries, cheese and meats for breakfast

    The staff was very friendly. The rooms are modernly renovated, but the original character of the hotel has been preserved.

    The price for the regular breakfast (40 CHF) is clearly too high.

    Nice room, upgrade received. Stylishly furnished, fresh fruit. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Not too opulent, just as I wanted.

    Really good service and ambiance in a prime location. The luxurious room, with great cleanliness and comfort, featured fantastic toiletries that enhanced the experience. Breakfast was good, especially the make-your-own pancake machine. Be aware of potential reservation issues, as some guests experienced confusion at check-in, leading to distress on arrival.

    location is perfect, free upgrade to larger room (no known reasons). this new room was big and nicely / modern design decorated.

    upgrade was delivered by the receptionist with the face like ' I don't know why you have it, must be a mistake'. during breakfast the old lady serving cups was also cleaning the tables - using big dirty rag - not even removing the table tops. No room service after 10 pm. same receptionist answered rather angry when I called him for asking about snacks. 5 start service? forget it..
